Christmas in Virginia....
Yes, that's right Virginia, we stayed put this year. Such a bittersweet thing. It's our first year not spending it at my parent's house in Ohio. Instead they came to us. And, so did Marc's. It was a year of full of new traditions and repeating those of old.
B playing with her new princess castle, thanks to Papa Fry and Gigi. Sam learned to storm the castle pretty quick and take what he could (Belle's tea party is usually easy prey).
Frosting cookies. Something I have done with my (or for my mom) for as long as I can remember. Bridget chose the frosting - there was a lot of neon pink, turqoise and yellow with sprinkes galore.
Train table. Pretty cool!
Two princesses playing princesses.
Christmas Eve apps.
Scrooge says no more pics.
This is one of my favorite pics. Caught the kids with their umpteenth cookie sitting by themselves. It looks like B is totally talking about the loot they're going to get in the morning.
Two new toys. Two happy tots.
Trying to get that magical picture. Yes, Sam is holding a toilet paper roll! It's his spy glass - don't even think of throwing those out.
This sums them up.
Pre-church pic.
