B started up ballet again this fall after taking a break during the Summer. Every quarter they do parent observation during which all or most of the kids melt down, run to their parents, act crazy or do something else that might make you cringe. It must be the age and the desire to be the center of attention because NONE of that happened this go 'round. In fact, B was mad there was no stage and curtains even after admitting "I haven't practiced." Well, Miss B keep practing because there will be a stage, curtains and a fancy costume come May. And, the lights will be so bright you won't see nervous mom and dad in the audience who I am sure will be beaming.
This is how Sammy watched the show until the Spanish dance from the Nutcracker fired up and he started dancing for the parents.
